The Silleno team hosted colleagues from “Ken-Kurylys-Service” and “Oil Construction Company” as part of an experience-sharing visit focused on industrial safety.

The visit took place on April 13–15 at the company’s facilities in the Atyrau region. It was initiated by KazMunayGas within the framework of the 2026 Industrial Safety Action Plan of Samruk-Kazyna.

During the visit, participants were introduced to the project’s safety, health and environmental management system, as well as Silleno’s approaches to risk management and contractor engagement.

“Safety does not happen by itself — it is built through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and daily risk management. Open exchange of practices allows us not only to share experience, but also to shape a consistently high level of industrial safety across the industry,” said Ulmash Kaliyeva, Director of HSE at Silleno.

The meeting provided a platform for exchanging experience and discussing main industrial safety issues.

Silleno continues to systematically develop its safety culture, reaffirming its commitment to the zero harm principle and building a sustainable risk management system at all levels.
