A discussion of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Silleno office in Atyrau. Managers and employees from various company departments took part in the meeting.
General Director Mukhtar Avutbayev noted that the proposed amendments affect the system of public administration and establish updated institutional foundations for the country’s development. Particular attention in the draft is given to the development of human capital, education, science and innovation as strategic priorities of state policy.
During the discussion, employees reviewed the key provisions of the document, the voting procedure and organizational matters.
The national referendum on the draft Constitution will take place on March 15. Participation in the referendum is the right of every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
