As of today, about 90% of Silleno LLP’s project office employees are citizens of Kazakhstan, nearly half of whom are residents of the Atyrau region. This reflects the company’s commitment to developing local potential and contributing to the growth of national human resources.
It should be noted that the recruitment of blue-collar specialists (such as welders, fitters, crane operators and other trades) for the construction site of the Polyethylene Project is carried out independently by the general contractors Tecnimont and Tecnicas Reunidas and their subcontractors, in line with their own HR and social policies, as well as their obligations to ensure local content in the work performed.
At the same time, Silleno LLP cooperates closely with contractors and subcontractor organizations to maximize the engagement of Atyrau region residents in the implementation of the project. Currently, more than 650 Kazakhstani citizens are working at the Polyethylene Project construction site, over half of whom are local residents of the Atyrau region.
