{"id":741,"date":"2025-02-06T15:01:13","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T09:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/silleno.kz\/?p=741"},"modified":"2025-02-12T15:37:45","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T09:37:45","slug":"engineering-preparation-progress-at-the-silleno-project-exceeds-planned-targets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/silleno.kz\/?p=741&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Engineering Preparation Progress at the Silleno Project Exceeds Planned Targets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>September 2024: Engineering preparation works have commenced as part of the polyethylene production project implementation \u2013 92 units of specialized equipment and 127 personnel mobilized on site by Kazakhstani company BI Industrial.<br \/>\nJanuary 2025: The actual progress of engineering preparation is at 32%, significantly ahead of the planned target of 22%. <\/p>\n<p>Vertical planning works for the pyrolysis and polymerization unit areas, as well as the logistics complex, have been completed. <\/p>\n<p>These works included:<br \/>\n\u25cf\tTopsoil stripping \u2013 2.6 million m\u00b2<br \/>\n\u25cf\tEarthworks \u2013 510 thousand m\u00b3<br \/>\n\u25cf\tBackfilling \u2013 476 thousand m\u00b3 <\/p>\n<p>Earthworks and backfilling continue in the general plant facilities area.<\/p>\n<p>Technical specifications for energy resources (electricity, water supply) have been obtained.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this phase, the construction of internal and external roads is also planned.<\/p>\n<p>Once engineering preparation is complete, the site will be handed over to EPC contractors in a fully operational state.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\tWhat is vertical planning? <\/p>\n<p>This is a set of construction site preparation works that ensure the required terrain and structural stability.
