{"id":2155,"date":"2025-12-04T18:09:55","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T12:09:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/silleno.kz\/?p=2155"},"modified":"2025-12-08T15:52:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-08T09:52:02","slug":"manufacturing-of-large-scale-columns-for-the-future-polyethylene-plant-is-progressing-in-atyrau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/silleno.kz\/?p=2155&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Manufacturing of large-scale columns for the future polyethylene plant is progressing in Atyrau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">AtyrauNefteMash is producing two large-capacity columns that stand out for their scale and technical complexity within Kazakhstan\u2019s mechanical engineering sector:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Ethylene Fractionator, weighing 1,470 tons and measuring 101 meters in height, is 78% complete.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Quench Tower, weighing 700 tons with a height of 51 meters, is 55% complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">These columns will become part of the pyrolysis unit, where ethane is converted into ethylene \u2014 the primary feedstock for subsequent polyethylene production.
