Today in Atyrau, high school students learned which professions will be in demand at the future polyethylene production plant and what educational paths they should follow to build a successful career in one of Kazakhstan’s most promising industries.
At the career fair for students in grades 7–11, held at Atyrau Oil and Gas University, representatives of Silleno spoke about the specialists needed for the new plant and answered students’ questions. Interactive quizzes were also organized for the attendees.
Among the most in-demand professions at the polyethylene production plant are chemical engineers, technologists, operators of technological units, machinists, specialists in automated control systems and other experts in petrochemical industry.
The fair, dedicated to professions in the petrochemical sector, welcomed students not only from Atyrau but also from various districts of the region.
